Between 2016 and 2018, George held the position of Chief Operating Officer at private hospitals in UAE, where he developed strategic plans and achieved JCI accreditation. Earlier in his career, he was a Hospital Management Consultant in Namibia and South Africa, working on greenfield hospital projects.
